These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elovant website and services. By accessing our website or submitting the questionnaire, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services
Elovant provides strategic, administrative, branding, and business advisory services.
 We are not a law firm, CPA, or licensed financial advisory firm, and nothing on our website or in our services should be construed as legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Branding services provided by Elovant are strategic and creative in nature and are included as part of our broader business architecture and advisory offerings.

2. No Guarantee of Results
Elovant does not guarantee business success, revenue, funding, profitability, or investment outcomes.
 Our role is to help clients establish structure, clarity, and foundational readiness. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

3. Engagement Process
Submission of a questionnaire does not create a client relationship.
Services begin only after:
Scope is confirmed
Terms are agreed to
Payment is received
A separate engagement agreement is executed, where applicable

4. Payments and Refunds
All fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
 Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed structure.
 Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, documents, and deliverables created by Elovant remain the intellectual property of Elovant until payment obligations are fulfilled. Use of materials is limited to the client’s internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential. Portfolio or case study use is opt-in only and subject to client approval. Certain engagements may require additional confidentiality provisions or fees.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elovant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
